If under warranty if return to supplier or base is requested, no goods can be accepted by Your IT Delivered Ltd without contacting to us by email for returns authorisation and either a correct delivery address or courier collection details.

Alternatively If you need to return goods 'Damaged in Transit' or goods that have become faulty within 14 days of receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the ones you ordered then please either call or email us to speak to a member of our service team. No returns can be accepted without contacting Your IT Delivered Ltd returns authorisation and delivery details.
