Accident Book A5 - Q3202 Accident books are required by the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) to record any accident in the workplace, noting any incident as soon as they occur. This A5 size will fit in smaller first aid boxes for your convenience. The book includes space for 26 records, including fields for the name of the person who had the accident, who filled out the record, details of the accident, section for signing and adding the date, as well as a section for the employer.
