Cablenet OM4 50/125 LC-LC Duplex Fibre Patch Leads are purpose-built for high-performance multimode connectivity in demanding network environments. Constructed using laser-optimised OM4 multimode fibre, these patch leads support 10Gb/s, 40Gb/s and 100Gb/s Ethernet applications, providing extended reach and reduced modal dispersion compared with OM3. Designed for dense cabling infrastructures, they are particularly well suited to data centres, enterprise backbones, SAN environments and other applications where consistent signal integrity and bandwidth are critical. The duplex LC configuration allows simultaneous bi-directional transmission in a compact form factor, making them ideal for high-density patch panels and switch ports.

Each cable is finished with LC connectors manufactured with precision ceramic ferrules for low insertion loss and stable optical performance. The 3.0mm Orange LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket ensures compliance with fire safety standards, offering secure installation in public buildings and enclosed spaces. Strain relief boots add mechanical protection to the connectors, reducing wear during repeated use and installation. All assemblies are fully factory tested for insertion and return loss and are supplied with individual certification for traceability. OM4 leads remain backward compatible with OM3 infrastructure, ensuring flexible upgrade paths and investment protection in mixed environments.
