If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, Lenovo covers shipping costs (including packaging) to and from our repair facilities.

If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, with Customer Carry-In Service, customers deliver their PC to a designated service center for repair or exchange. After the product has been repaired or exchanged, customers collect their PC from the repair center.

Lenovo’s 3-year Sealed Battery Warranty can be purchased for a system with a 3 year base warranty or a with the purchase of a warranty extension of 3 years. The extended battery warranty is available with depot or onsite service and offers a single battery replacement in the event a covered battery fails to meet minimum performance standards.
